All non-credit classes are self-supporting and, subject to the following conditions, employees may enroll tuition free:

- Job-related or career-enhancing continuing education courses may be taken during working hours with the permission of the supervisor.
- Employees may take as many non-credit courses each year during non-working hours as desire, subject to limitations herein.
- If enrollment for the course reaches the course limit, fee-paying students will receive first priority.
- In those instances in which there are less than ten (10) tuition-paying students enrolled, employees will not be permitted to use the tuition waiver benefit.
- The appropriate Program Coordinator must approve all courses in which employees may enroll on tuition-free basis.
