RETIREMENT
The College participates in the Wyoming Retirement System program and in the TIAA Retirement program.
The employer and employee contribution rates for Wyoming Retirement System and TIAA are based on the contribution rates for Wyoming Retirement System as determined by the State of Wyoming.
The College contributes both the employer’s and employee’s share on behalf of all full-time employees and all part-time employees serving in a one-half time or greater capacity.
For those part-time employees serving in a less than one-half time capacity, the College will contribute the employer’s share and the employee will contribute the employee’s share.
All contributions made to the Wyoming Retirement program and to TIAA will be subject to all regulations and limitations set forth by these organizations.
