ELIGIBILITY FOR COLLEGE BENEFITS
An employee must be employed full-time to receive College benefits—other than those mandated by law, or as provided below.
Upon the approval of the President's Cabinet, and with the express written consent of the College President, and at his/her discretion, part-time employees serving in a one-half time capacity may be granted limited benefits beyond those mandated by law. When if such limited benefits are granted, all employees similarly situated shall receive the benefits.
