RELATIONSHIP OF SALARIES TO POSITION CLASSIFICATION PLAN
Salary ranges will relate directly to the position classification plan.
The Board of Trustees will set the following ranges according to the following factors:
• Salary ranges in other related classes,
• Prevailing rates of pay for similar employment in both public and private organizations,
• Changes in the cost of living,
• Other benefits received by the employees, and
• The economic condition of the College.
