The Board shall ensure codified policies and procedures are accessible to all concerned groups or individuals. The College President is directed to establish and maintain an orderly plan for preserving and making accessible the policies and procedures adopted by the Board.

Accessibility is to extend to all employees of the College, to members of the Board and to all citizens.

The Board’s codified policies and procedures shall be considered a public record and shall be open for inspection.
