It is the policy of the Board of Trustees that certain officers and all employees of the College be bonded and/or be covered by a commercial crime insurance policy.

CRIME INSURANCE AND BONDING - OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES

It is the policy of the Board of Trustees that certain officers and all employees of the College be bonded and/or be covered by a commercial crime insurance policy.

A Government Employee Crime Policy shall be purchased each year which provides coverage for all employees in an amount approved by the Board of Trustees.

An Official Bond and Oath shall be purchased each year which provides coverage for the Board Treasurer and for the Assistant Board Treasurer (College President) in an amount approved by the Board of Trustees.

The Board of Trustees may require such additional bonds as deemed necessary.
