It is the policy of the Board of Trustees that quarterly financial reports be prepared and given to the Board for its review.

QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORTS

It is the policy of the Board of Trustees that quarterly financial reports be prepared and given to the Board for its review.

At the end of each quarter of each fiscal year, the Vice President for Administrative Services shall cause quarterly financial reports to be prepared. Said reports shall be in a format required by the Board, and shall include, among other things, actual revenues and expenditures compared with budgeted revenues and expenditures.

Reports shall be prepared for each of the College funds.
