BLANKET INSURANCE COVERAGE

It is the policy of the College to carry comprehensive blanket insurance coverage.

The type and extent of insurance coverage shall be approved by the Board of Trustees upon the recommendations of the Vice President for Administrative Services and/or an insurance agent or consultant.

The Board of Trustees shall review insurance coverages annually at a time determined by the Board.

Proposals for specific insurance coverages should be solicited as necessary by the College’s insurance agency. Proposals for the insurance package for blanket coverage should be solicited every three years.

The Vice President for Administrative Services is responsible for administering the College’s blanket insurance policies and procedures.
