The Board of Trustees shall specify which signatures and the types of signatures that are required on the College’s checks.

AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES
The Board of Trustees shall specify which signatures and the types of signatures that are required on the College’s checks.
For the three (3) types of checks authorized by the Board, the following signatures are required:
- Voucher and Payroll Checks
Facsimile signatures of the Board President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
- Holding (Outreach) Account Checks
Any two live signatures from an individual holding the position of Vice President for Administrative Services, Director of Finance & Controller, or Payroll Accountant.
- Short Term Loan Checks
Any two live signatures from an individual holding the positions of Director of Financial Aid, Vice President for Student Services, Registrar, or Financial Aid Officer.
