Exercise Science Lab
Community Services: Assessments and Fitness Testing
Our Exercise Science students are eager to assist you in achieving your health and fitness goals through physical assessments and fitness testing. These assessments provide valuable feedback to help you understand your current fitness level and areas for improvement.
Based on the results of your assessment and fitness tests, an individualized training plan will be developed by one of our Exercise Science students. This plan will be tailored to your specific goals and needs, and you will receive a free personal training session to help you get started on your fitness journey.

Supporting Student Research and Personal Fitness Goals
Note: All funds raised from these services directly support students in their travel to conferences where they present original research.
Our Exercise Science students are available to assist you in setting realistic and achievable exercise goals. Rest assured, all information shared during the process will be kept confidential. After completing the selected assessments and fitness tests, you can schedule a free personal training session with one of our students. This session will focus on the areas identified during your assessments to help you reach your fitness goals.

Medical Requirements
To ensure your safety, individuals with any cardiovascular, pulmonary, metabolic, or joint issues are required to provide a physician’s release for physical activity before participation. Participation cannot begin without this release.
