Career Information

Our students have a high success rate of transfer to four year institutions.  Many of our students are hired as TAs for Exercise Physiology and related courses as a result of the knowledge and experience gained in our KIN courses.  Students who complete the ACE certification(s), at the end of the program at Western, often find jobs on campus or in commercial gyms personal training and/or teaching Group Fitness classes while completing their Bachelors and Masters programs.  Once leaving Western, our students have completed education to become Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Chiropractors, Occupational Therapists, Massage Therapists, Cardiac Rehab Specialists, and Fitness related Business Owners, to name a few.
