*The Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) program is a program through which students
in participating states may enroll in designated institutions and programs in other
participating states at a special, reduced tuition level. Under the terms of this
program, students can be admitted at a cost of 150 percent of resident tuition. Participating in the Western Undergraduate Exchange are: Alaska, Arizona, California,
Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South
Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. WUE rates are extended to Nebraska students
by Wyoming community colleges.
