Staff

Susie earned a Bachelor of Science at Utah State University in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Family and Consumer Science -- Human Development and Family Science from the University of Wyoming. She has twenty-two years of experience in early childhood education, including six years as the Turtles teacher at the Children's Center. She is passionate about providing a safe, interactive, stimulating, and pleasant learning environment for the young children enrolled at the Center. Her goal is to provide well-trained staff that use current, innovative, and effective educational practices, and to support student success by maintaining a strong and positive presence on campus and in the community.

Verenice completed her Child Development Associate Credential in 2021, and is currently working toward a bachelor's degree from Western Governor's University. She has been a lead teacher in Head Start since 2021 and was a preschool assistant teacher for three years prior to that. We are very excited to welcome Verenice to the Children's Center.

Brenna has an associate's degree in Elementary Education from Western, and is currently finishing up a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education at Central Wyoming College. Brenna has been a lead teacher, an assistant director, and has been working in early childhood since 2018.

Jennifer has been teaching at the Children's Center since 2012. She has a special talent for putting two-year-old children at ease while their parents are away. She has an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from Western, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wyoming.
