THURSDAY, AUGUST 15TH

HOUSING CHECK-IN DAY FOR HOUSING STUDENTS

Students who will live on-campus for the Fall 2024 semester will move into their room.  For questions, please contact housing@westernwyoming.edu or 307-382-1888.

CHRIS JONES CELEBRITY HYPNOTIST - Sponsored by the Student Life

Join Student Life as comedian and hypnotist Chris Jones takes the stage. Well known for letting crowd members meet and interact with their idols – under hypnosis, he is also known for being on America's Got Talent where he hypnotized Howie Mandel to shake hands with the other judges!

MOVIE NIGHT - Sponsored by Student Life

Bring your comfiest clothes and blankets for an outdoor moving streaming of Monsters University (Rated G)! Snacks and drinks will be provided!

*Weather may move this indoors to the Atrium.

Only 40 students are allowed to go on this trip! So be quick to sign up!

*A $5 deposit reserves your spot on the bus and helps pay for food and 3 games at the bowling alley.*

POOL PARTY - Sponsored by the Student Government Association

Show up in your neon colors for a splashing fun night! Come enjoy the amazing Aquatic Center on-campus by playing in the pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and hanging out with friends! Pizza and drinks will be provided!

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 21ST

BOWLING ALLEY TRIP - Sponsored by Student Life

A maximum of 40 students can attend this event. We will meet at the front doors of Western at 5:30 PM and return by 8:30 PM! Sign-ups will take place on Monday, August 19th at 11:00 AM at the Pendulum!

Join the Student Government Association for a campus-wide game of Hide 'N Seek! Snacks and drinks will be provided!

SATURDAY, AUGUST 24TH

FOAM PARTY - Sponsored by the Student Government Association

All students are invited, regardless of if you live on-campus or off-campus! Dance the night away in this outdoor foam party. Wear comfortable clothes and enjoy the great dancing music provided by Western's Radio Club with the black lights shining! Glow sticks, snacks and drinks will be provided!
