Welcome! The Carbon County Higher Education Center is the Rawlins Outreach for Western Wyoming Community College. We are excited to be a part of your educational journey. We are your one stop shop to start your educational goals, and we’ll be with you all the way through graduation.
At the Rawlins Outreach, we can help you apply to Western, take placement exams, apply for financial aid, meet with an academic advisor and so much more. We can also proctor exams, be a quiet place to study, or even be a great way to meet new people.
We are excited to let you know that you can take face-to-face classes here at the Rawlins Outreach. If your schedule doesn’t allow for in-person instruction, there are many online classes that will meet your needs.
