General Appeal Form -
If you have an unsatisfactory academic progress standing and have documentation of mitigating
circumstances that have contributed to your academic standing, you may submit an appeal.
Deadline to submit an appeal:
Fall Semester: June 28th
Spring Semester: January 4th
Summer Semester: Appeals will not be accepted
These forms are only required if you have received a tracking letter requesting additional information to complete your FAFSA.
