2024 Commencement - May 10
Western will host an in-person commencement ceremony to honor our graduates on Friday, May 10 at 5:00 p.m. in Rushmore Gymnasium. Following will be a reception in the Atrium. An option for live streaming is also available for family and friends. On the day of the event, please click here for access to the live stream.
If students would like to post celebratory photos to Instagram, the hashtag is #WesternGrad24.

Cap and Gown pick-up will be in Mustang Central May 6th through May 9th, 8:00am-5:00pm, and Friday May 10th 8:00am-1:30pm
If you are unable to pick up your cap and gown at any of these times please email graduation@westernwyoming.edu to set up alternate arrangements
Each participating graduate will receive a diploma cover from Dr. Dale as they cross the stage during the commencement ceremony.
Diplomas and certificates will be ordered following grade entry and verification processing. Diplomas will be mailed 4-6 weeks after commencement. Please ensure your mailing address we have on file is correct.
The College has hired Brayden Flack for the day of commencement as the professional photographer. On Monday May 13th, photos can be accessed through his website by clicking the link: Commencement 2024
