Western offers 39 certificates to students looking to achieve short-term qualifications for specific types of work. The coursework within a certificate program focuses on developing occupational skills. Usually certificates can be earned in a shorter time than an associate's degree program - in one or two semesters. The credits earned in a certificate program can be applied toward an associates degree should you choose to come back and further your education.
