Employers and recruiters spend anywhere from 6-30 seconds on their initial viewing of your resume. This is why it is critical to have a good résumé that is updated regularly. It is imperative to customize your resume for each position you are applying. By doing so, you are showing your potential employer that you understand what the job requirements are and you are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the job is done to the fullest extent.

Résumé writing is prone to following industry fads that are constantly changing. You résumé can quickly look out of date if you are not paying attention to new rules and writing suggestions from employers and recruiters. Below you will find helpful resources to assist you in writing you résumé.
